We offer a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days and we will process your refund promptly. Refund requests submitted after 30 days of purchase will not be eligible.

Non-Delivery

In rare cases, delivery confirmation emails may be delayed, filtered, or redirected to your spam or junk folder. If you have not received your product:

  2. Contact us within 14 days of your purchase date and we will resend to your original or an alternate email address

If we are not contacted within 14 days of purchase, the order will be considered successfully delivered and no refund will be issued for non-receipt.

Defective Products

All products are thoroughly tested before release. If you experience a technical defect:

  • Contact us and we will work to resolve the issue within 48 business hours
  • If we are unable to resolve the defect within that timeframe, you will receive a full refund or a replacement product of equal or greater value — your choice

Product Not As Described

If you believe a product does not match its description, please contact our support team within 30 days of purchase. To process this type of request, we require written documentation clearly explaining the discrepancy between the product description and what was received.

Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved:

  • Your refund is processed immediately
  • It may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider
  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout
  • You will not incur any fees as a result of your refund
