Follow these step-by-step instructions to install your software.

Before You Begin

System Requirements

Ensure your computer meets the minimum requirements:

For Microsoft Office:

  • Windows 10 or later / macOS 10.14 or later
  • 4GB RAM (8GB recommended)
  • 4GB available disk space
  • Internet connection for activation

For Windows OS:

  • 1 GHz processor
  • 4GB RAM (8GB for Windows 11)
  • 64GB storage (Windows 11 requires 64GB+)
  • DirectX 12 compatible graphics

Microsoft Office Installation

Step 1: Download Office

  1. Visit setup.office.com
  2. Sign in with your Microsoft account (or create one)
  3. Enter your 25-character product key
  4. Click “Install Office”

Step 2: Run the Installer

  1. Open the downloaded file
  2. Click “Yes” if prompted by User Account Control
  3. Wait for Office to download and install
  4. This may take 15-30 minutes depending on your internet speed

Step 3: Activate Office

  1. Open any Office application (Word, Excel, etc.)
  2. Sign in with your Microsoft account
  3. Your license will be activated automatically

Windows Installation

Step 1: Create Installation Media

  1. Download the Windows Media Creation Tool from Microsoft
  2. Run the tool and select “Create installation media”
  3. Choose USB flash drive (8GB minimum)
  4. Follow the prompts to create bootable media

Step 2: Install Windows

  1. Insert the USB drive and restart your computer
  2. Boot from the USB drive (press F12, F2, or Del during startup)
  3. Follow the Windows setup wizard
  4. Enter your product key when prompted

Step 3: Activate Windows

  1. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Activation
  2. Click “Change product key”
  3. Enter your 25-character license key
  4. Click “Next” to activate

Troubleshooting

Common Issues

“Product key already used” error

  • Ensure you’re using a new, unused key
  • Contact support if you purchased a new license

Installation stuck or frozen

  • Check your internet connection
  • Disable antivirus temporarily
  • Restart the installation

Activation failed

  • Verify your product key is entered correctly
  • Ensure you have an internet connection
