Thank you for shopping at Valbey.com. As we sell digital products only, no physical shipment is involved in any order. Please read this policy carefully to understand how delivery works.

1. Nature of Products

Valbey.com sells non-physical, digital products delivered electronically. All products — including software licenses and activation keys — are delivered digitally. No physical shipping or handling is required or charged.

2. Delivery Method

All digital products are delivered electronically using one or more of the following methods:

  • Instant on-screen delivery after successful payment
  • Email delivery to the address used at checkout
  • Access through your Valbey account under Order Details

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery: Instant after payment confirmation
  • Maximum delivery time: Up to 8 hours in rare cases due to payment verification or high order volume

If you do not receive your product within 8 hours of purchase, please contact our support team immediately.

4. Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (Eastern Time) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (ET) will be processed on the next business day.

As most deliveries are instant and automated, the majority of orders are fulfilled regardless of cut-off time — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

5. Handling Time

Standard handling time is 0–1 business days (Monday to Saturday). In most cases, digital orders are delivered immediately after successful payment, unless additional payment verification or security checks are required.

6. Transit Time

Since all products are delivered digitally, the transit time is 0 days. Once your order is processed, your license key or activation code is sent instantly to your email address and is also accessible in your account dashboard.

7. Email Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing a valid and active email address at checkout
  • Checking spam and junk folders if the delivery email is not visible in the inbox
  • Ensuring sufficient email storage space to receive messages

Valbey.com is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect email addresses provided by the customer at checkout.

8. Order Confirmation

Once your order is successfully placed:

  • You will receive an order confirmation email
  • A separate delivery email will contain your license key, activation code, or access instructions
  • Your order details are also accessible anytime under My Account

9. Failed or Delayed Delivery

If your product is not delivered within the maximum delivery timeframe:

  1. Check your spam and junk folders first
  2. Verify your payment was completed successfully
  3. Confirm your email address is correct in your account
  4. Contact us at Contact@valbey.com with your order number and registered email address — our team will verify and resend your product promptly

10. No Shipping Charges

Since all products are digital, no shipping or handling charges apply. All deliveries are free of charge.

11. Support Hours

While orders are processed automatically around the clock, our support team is available during the following hours:

  • Monday – Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Eastern Time)
  • Sunday: Closed

Support requests submitted outside business hours will be responded to on the next business day.
