Having trouble activating your software? Follow these guides to resolve common activation issues.

Microsoft Office Activation

Online Activation (Recommended)

  1. Open any Office app (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  2. Sign in with your Microsoft account
  3. Go to File > Account
  4. Click “Change License” or “Activate Product”
  5. Enter your 25-character product key
  6. Click “Activate” and follow the prompts

Phone Activation

If online activation fails:

  1. Open any Office app
  2. Go to File > Account > Activate Product
  3. Select “I want to activate by telephone”
  4. Call the number provided
  5. Follow the automated system to complete activation

Windows Activation

Activate Windows Online

  1. Open Settings (Windows key + I)
  2. Go to Update & Security > Activation
  3. Click “Change product key”
  4. Enter your 25-character license key
  5. Click “Next” to activate

Activate Windows by Phone

  1. Open Command Prompt as Administrator
  2. Type: slui 4 and press Enter
  3. Select your country
  4. Call the provided number
  5. Follow the automated prompts

Common Activation Errors

“Product key has already been used”

Possible causes:

  • Key was previously activated on another device
  • Typing error when entering the key

Solutions:

  1. Double-check the key is entered correctly
  2. If purchased from us, contact support with your order number
  3. We will verify and assist with activation

“Product key is not valid”

Possible causes:

  • Incorrect product for the key
  • Key entered with errors

Solutions:

  1. Verify you’re installing the correct product version
  2. Check for similar characters (0 vs O, 1 vs I)
  3. Remove any extra spaces
  4. Contact support if the issue persists

“Unable to reach activation servers”

Solutions:

  1. Check your internet connection
  2. Disable VPN if active
  3. Temporarily disable firewall/antivirus
  4. Try again later (servers may be busy)
